The NTU Communications Department would like to thank everyone who participated and cheered on our staff/faculty basketball team as we took on Vice President Jonathan Nez and his staff. After falling behind at half time, the Skyhawks ended up clawing their way back into the game forcing overtime. In extra minutes, NTU took control of the game winning 65-59. Forwards Perry James and James Tabaaha led the team in scoring with significant contributions from Geri Coan and Sherietta Martinez-Brown.

Events like this help contribute to NTU’s strategic priority of “Being Well” so we thank everyone for their support. From George and his staff for setting up the game to Virgil House serving as a referee. When we collaborate, beautiful things happen!
